Transformation Program
(Pack 4 sessions)
Just with the initial commitment of this step, you will start to notice visible results: you will achieve a profound change in the way you see yourself, in managing emotions with yourself and with others, how to face obstacles or tensions, you will feel more control over your decisions and your emotions and this will bring you more coherence and more tranquility.
They are practical tools that will serve you for life so that from the first moment you begin to feel that your life is yours, and not your blocks. The programs are active on both sides, in which there is work and follow-up between sessions, so I recommend weekly sessions to guarantee greater effectiveness.
NOTE: 95% of the people I have worked with have managed to evolve and achieve their transformation in these 4 sessions. In the Initial Consultation we analyze the obstacle that we want to overcome together and assess whether more sessions are necessary as we review throughout the entire process.
Quit Smoking with Hypno Coach
After years of experience accompanying people to quit smoking, I have created my own method "Hypno Coach". The program consists of one online hypnosis session (maximum two hours duration) + 6 weeks of accompaniment through WhatsApp with neuro-coaching. If you have finally decided to take the step to quit this addiction with this program you can achieve it without side effects such as anxiety or hunger/weight gain. It is totally painless, no medication is taken and it is independent of the amount of tobacco that has been consumed before.
NOTE: If over the 3 months after the session you have not quit smoking, I offer you a free reinforcement hypnosis session.
Phobias
(Pack 2 sessions)
Fear of flying, of driving a car again after an accident, of spiders, of open or closed spaces, of blood/injections... are some examples of common phobias that can extend to some of the thousands of special or rare ones that exist. With NLP, hypnosis and/or regression sessions we are able to heal a specific phobia in 2 sessions. If there is more than one phobia or it is related to other processes in treatment it will be assessed in the initial evaluation in a personalized way.
NOTE: It does not matter if we know in advance the nature or origin of the phobia or its rarity, we will address the possible traumatic events and information hidden in the unconscious until we find a way to overcome it effectively.

HOW DO YOU WORK?Terms and Conditions
- Payments will be made before the session by Bizum or bank transfer.
- Cancellations will only be accepted with 24 hours notice, otherwise a charge will be made for 100% of the session amount.
- Schedule changes must be agreed with 24 hours notice otherwise the full session amount must be paid.
- Sessions will have a weekly frequency unless different agreement between both parties to favor the fluidity of the work in common.
- Consultations have an approximate duration of 1h 15' with a certain margin of extension if required by the therapist.

- 1. Absolute commitment not to disclose total or partial information treated with patients without prior consent. Trust with the client is the most important thing for me and everything shared in sessions and outside of them is strictly confidential.
